摘要
目的观察中西医结合方案治疗胃食管反流病患者食道动力及酸反流的影响.方法选取2020年7月-2021年6月期间我院接诊的83例胃食管反流患者为研究对象,随机分为A组(n=41例)和B组(n=42例),B组采用常规西医治疗,A组在B组基础上联合中医治疗,观察两组临床症状评分、食道动力指标、胃酸反流指标以及临床治疗疗效.结果治疗后,2组胸痛、烧心、反酸、反流症状评分均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组LES静息压、UES静息压、蠕动波传导速度、湿咽成功率均高于治疗前,且A组高于B组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组酸反流次数、5 min以上酸反流次数、卧位pH值、立位pH值、最长反流时间、DeMeester评分均小于治疗前,且A组小于B组(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率97.56%高于B组83.33%(P<0.05).结论中西医结合治疗可促进胃食管反流症状减轻,改善患者食道动力,缓解酸反流,提升疗效,具有较理想的治疗疗效.
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on esophageal motility and acid reflux in acid reflux disease patients.Methods A total of 83 patients with acid reflux disease 2021 from July 2020 to June 2020 were randomly divided into Group A(n=41)and Group B(n=42),the patients in Group B were treated with routine western medicine,while those in Group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in addition to routine Western medicine.The clinical symptom score,esophageal motility index,gastric acid reflux index and clinical therapeutic effect were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of chest pain,heartburn,acid regurgitation and reflux symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in Group A were lower than those in Group B(P<0.05),les resting pressure,UES resting pressure,peristaltic wave velocity and wet pharynx success rate in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and Group A was higher than Group B(P<0.05),the acid reflux times,acid reflux times more than 5 minutes,pH value in supine position,pH value in upright position,longest reflux time and DeMeester score in the two groups were all less than those before treatment,and those in group A were less than those in group B(P<0.05)The total effective rate of group a(97.56%)was higher than that of Group B(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can alleviate the symptoms of acid reflux disease,improve the esophageal motility,alleviate acid reflux and improve the curative effect.
