超声诊断急性心肌梗死后心肌夹层的误诊和漏诊原因

摘要 目的分析超声诊断急性心肌梗死后心肌夹层的误诊和漏诊原因.方法将我院心内科急诊收治的98例心肌梗死患者分为对照组和观察组,分别采用心电图和超声心动图进行检查,比较诊断正确率.从两组患者中选择9例被误诊的急性心肌梗死后心肌夹层患者,总结其误诊的原因.结果观察组患者的诊断正确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).9例患者中,超声医师经验不足、疾病临床症状相似、患者隐瞒病史和用药史、被既往疾病史误导、仪器操作不当等是导致误诊发生的主要原因.结论超声诊断急性心肌梗死后心肌夹层时发生误诊和漏诊的原因较多,临床上应根据患者的病情及检查结果对其进行规范化检查,从而提高其诊断的正确率,降低误诊率.
