摘要
目的观察蒙医验方与西药结合治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效.方法将老年高血压患者分为赫依血型、肾赫依型及白脉型3组,在此基础上,各组随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规降压治疗,治疗组在常规降压基础上加用蒙药验方,观察患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后血压的变化情况.结果治疗10 d后,肾赫依型治疗组收缩压、舒张压与对照组及治疗前比较有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗20 d后,蒙西药各治疗组总有效率均高于对照组,血压与对照组及治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论蒙西药结合治疗老年性高血压具有良好的临床疗效.
Objective To observe the clinical eficacy of Mongolian medicine combined with Westerm medicine in treatment of senile hypertension.Methods Elderly patients with hypertension were assigned to HEYI,kidney HEYI and BAIMAI types,within each type patients were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group.The control groups were received antihypertensive therapy while the treatment groups were prescribed with combination therapy of Mongolian medicine and Western medicine.The changes in blood pressure were observed.Results Systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in treatment group with kidney HEYI type were decreased and better improved compared with those in control group 10 day after prescription(P<0.05).the overall efctive rate in treatment groups,with all types were higher than those in control groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion combined prescription of Mongolian medicine and Western medicine is effective for senile hypertension.
