摘要
美沙拉嗪为5-氨基水杨酸(5-ASA)类化合物,是治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的常用有效药物之一。然而,美沙拉嗪可能导致罕见的严重副作用,如心包炎、大量心包积液、肺炎等,尽管发病率<1%,但却可能危及生命。本文报告一例接受美沙拉嗪治疗过程中出现全身发热性胸膜心包炎、大量心包积液的UC患者,并对5-ASA罕见副作用的发生率、临床表现、鉴别诊断和治疗进行阐述。
Mesalazine, a compound of 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA), is one of the effective medications commonly used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). However, mesalazine may cause rare serious side effects, such as pericarditis, massive pericardial effusion, pneumonia though the incidence is<1% while it could be life-threatening. This paper will report a case with systemic febrile pleuropericarditis and massive pericardial effusion during treatment with mesalazine for UC. Moreover, the incidence, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and treatment of such rare side effects of 5-ASA will be described.
