强军兴军征程中保持强烈的问题意识具有明确的实践归旨,要求将问题意识贯穿强军兴军实践始终,真正立起以解决问题推进落实的工作导向,直面问题担当尽责,带着问题学习钻研,聚焦问题真抓实干。
Maintaining a strong problem consciousness during the whole process of building powerful armed forces has a clear practical object,which really requires focusing on solving problems and promoting the implementation.It also requires taking the responsibility to face up to problems,study with problems and do solid work.
