摘要
本文探讨了利用互联网工具水印相机进行工程精细化管理的可行性,通过不同水印模板管理不同工程场景化应用,将工程管理内容与公司重点业务发展相结合,可强化工程部门对施工单位、监理单位的管理职能,并将精细化工程管理考核结果应用到施工单位“金牌项目经理”评比制度中。
This paper explores the possibility of using the free Internet tool Watermark Camera for engineering refined management.It links engineering management with the company’s key business development through different watermark templates.On this basis,the results of the refined engineering management assessment are applied to the“gold medal project manager”evaluation system,which is helpful to achieve a unified and correct engineering management orientation.
