摘要
本文对东盟国家科技管理体系、东盟国家科技发展的政策基础等进行全面梳理;基于ISI Web of Science数据库,对东盟国家发表的有关论文进行文献计量分析,同时,结合东盟国家申请专利的情况进行定量分析,从而勾勒出东盟基础研究的基本轮廓,分析东盟基础研究发展的特点,为中国和东盟的科学技术合作决策制定提供参考。
This paper comprehensively sorts out the ASEANnational science and technology management system and the policy basis of ASEANcountries’ scientific and technological development. Based on the W eb of Science database,this paper conducts a bibliometric analysis of relevant papers published by ASEANcountries in order to describe the basic outline of ASEANbasic research in a quantitative manner,which is then combined with an analysis of patents in ASEANcountries,so as to characterize ASEANcountries’ basic research development and provide references for decision-making with regard to scientific and technological cooperation between China and ASEAN.
