摘要
为探讨基于问题导向模式的认知行为干预在直肠癌患者中的应用价值,将2019年我院收治的78例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受基于问题导向模式的认知行为干预,比较2组患者干预前后心理状况及自护能力。心理状况应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和焦虑量表(HAMA)评价,自护能力应用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评价。结果显示,护理干预后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组,ESCA评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,对直肠癌患者实施基于问题导向模式的认知行为干预,有助于改善患者心理状态,提高患者自护能力。
This study was to investigate the role of cognition behavior intervention in question-guided model on the mental situation and self-care ability of colorectal cancer patients,randomly divided 78 cases treatment in author’s hospital over 2019 yr.into control group(39 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(39 cases,cognition behavior intervention in question-guided model);then,compared both groups’patients’mental situation and self-care ahility before and after intervention,which the former was evaluated by using HAMD and HAMA,while,the latter,by using ESCA.As results,after intervention in the ratings on HAMD and HAMA,and in the ratings on ESCA observation group was respectively and significantly lower,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that implementing cognition behavior intervention in question-guided model on rectal cancer patients is helpful to improve their mental situation and self-care ability.
