摘要
目的:探讨优质手术室护理对肛肠病患者术后康复的影响。方法:将92例行手术治疗的肛肠病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者给予常规手术室护理,观察组患者给予优质手术室护理,比较2组患者的疗效、心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质手术室护理能有效改善患者心理状态、提高临床疗效、降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the influence of high-quality operating room nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with anorectal diseases.Methods 92 patients with anorectal diseases undergoing surgical treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine operating room care,and the patients in the observation group were given high-quality operating room care.The efficacy,psychological status and complications of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores ratings of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality operating room nursing can effectively improve patients’psychological status,improve clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
