摘要
本文介绍了一种应用于液压元件冲击试验的试验方法。通过对冲击试验液压站原理分析,阐明了蓄能器在该液压系统中的重要作用。在仿真软件中建立了冲击试验仿真模型,根据实际试验要求设置系统各模型参数,通过仿真结果可以得到,所选蓄能器可以在5s内完成充液,充液完成的蓄能器可以为液压阀冲击试验提供19次高压冲击。
This paper introduces a method used for impact test of hydraulic valve.The important role of the accumulator in the hydraulic system is explained by analyzing the principle of the impact test hydraulic station.The impact test simulation model is established in the simulation software.According to the actual test requirements,the system model parameters can be set,and the simulation results can be obtained.Through the simulation results,the selected accumulator can be filled with liquid in 5 s,and the accumulator with liquid filling can provide 19 times of highpressure oil for hydraulic valve impact test.
