摘要
以FEMA P-58为代表的基于全概率理论的新一代建筑抗震性能评估方法可对既有建筑的抗震性能进行评估。本文以一个既有高层剪力墙建筑结构为例,介绍了采用FEMA P-58方法进行抗震性能评估的原理和流程。采用增量动力分析方法,提取结构在各地震动强度等级下的响应;然后建立包含人员分布模型、结构构件和非结构构件信息等在内的建筑信息模型,对建筑实例进行了基于地震动强度的评估和基于时间的评估,给出了修复费用、修复时间和人员伤亡的评估结果。分析结果表明,采用FEMA P-58建筑抗震性能评估方法可对既有高层建筑的抗震性能进行量化评估,给出直观的性能指标。
The new generation seismic performance assessment methodology based on probability theories,in which the FEMA P-58 methodology is a typical representative,can be applied to assess the seismic performance of existing buildings.In this paper,taking an existing high-rise shear-wall structure building as example,the principles and process of FEMA P-58 methodology are presented.First,the structural responses under different ground motion intensities are obtained through incremental dynamic analysis;then,the building information model,including population model,information on structural and non-structural components,etc.is established;intensity-based and time-based seismic performance assessment are conducted,and the results of repair cost,repair time and casualties presented.This paper shows the feasibility of implementing FEMA P-58 methodology in the quantitative assessment of the seismic performance of existing buildings,and intuitive performance indexes can be obtained.
