摘要
本研究采用液固两相欧拉-多流体模型和多相质点网格法(MP-PIC),结合不同曳力模型对液固流化床内不同密度的二元颗粒流动特性进行数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,欧拉-欧拉双流体模型(TFM)和多相质点网格法(MP-PIC)都能预测液固流化床内二元颗粒流动过程,但多相质量网格法(MP-PIC)的预测结果能够再现液固流化床内二元颗粒的分离特性。相比于Gidaspow、Wen-Yu曳力模型,BVK曳力模型考虑了多组分的流动,对二元颗粒系统具有更好的适用性。动态分离指数被用于定量分析液固流化床内二元颗粒的分离特性,随着颗粒的流动,颗粒的分离指数先急剧增加然后缓慢减小,最终趋于稳定达到动态分离。通过对颗粒弥散系数和颗粒拟温度的分析,发现双组分颗粒的相互作用存在明显差异,多相质量网格法(MP-PIC)能更好预测粒子之间的局部相互作用。
In this paper,Eulerian-Eulerian multi-fluid model and Multiphase Particle In cell(MP-PIC)methods are adopted to simulate the flow behavior of binary particles with different densities in a liquid-solid fluidized bed(LSFB),combined with different drag models.The simulation results show that both the Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model(TFM)and Multiphase Particle In cell(MP-PIC)can predict the flow process of binary particles in a LSFB.In addition,the predicted results of the MP-PIC method can reproduce the separation characteristics of binary particles.Compared with Gidaspow and Wen-Yu drag models,it is found that BVK drag model has a good applicability for a LSFB with binary particles due to its consideration of multi-component flow.The dynamic segregation index is developed to quantitatively analyze the separation characteristics of binary particles.With the flow of particles,the segregation index of particles sharply increases,and then gradually declines,eventually tending to be stable to achieve dynamic separation.Through the analysis of particle dispersion coefficient and granular temperature,there are significant differences in the interaction of binary particles,and the MP-PIC method can better predict that the local interaction between particles.
