摘要
在国家持续深化"放管服"工作、监督机构去行政化改革基本完成的新形势下,结合政府工程质量监管工作的现状,深入研究质量监管中存在的主要问题及其原因,探讨监管机制存在的缺陷与不足,从监督创新、诚信建设、人员培训等方面提出切实可行的方法,保证建设工程质量安全。
Under the new situation that the state continues to deepen the work of"releasing management service",and the basic completion of the reform of the supervision organization to administrative,combining with the current situation of the government project quality supervision,the paper studies the main problems and reasons in the quality supervision,discusses the defects and deficiencies of the supervision mechanism,and puts forward practical methods from the aspects of supervision innovation,credit construction and personnel training,Ensure the quality and safety of construction projects.
