摘要
近年来我国的建筑行业发展势头迅猛,为了保障建筑施工质量,排除质量安全隐患,只有做好建筑工程的质量监督管理工作,才能为施工企业的发展创造良好的经济效益和施工效益,就建筑管理和工程质量监督工作中遇到的问题以及解决措施进行探究分析。
In recent years,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly,in order to ensure the construction quality and eliminate the hidden dangers of quality and safety,only by doing a good job in the quality supervision and management of construction engineering,can we create good economic and construction benefits for the development of construction enterprises,this paper mainly discusses and analyzes the problems and solutions in the construction management and engineering quality supervision.
