摘要
构建高校研究生质量监控体系能够对提高研究生培养教育质量提供有力助益。科学合理的研究生质量监控体系既可以引导高校的研究生教育在"双一流"大背景下实现教育质量提升,实现进一步与国际接轨,也可以进一步净化教师队伍,提升教师立德树人的能力,进而培养出德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义高素质人才,契合我国高等教育发展宗旨。从事实调查入手,贴合"三全育人"视域,提出从全员全程全方位角度合理构建高校研究生质量监控体系,以期为提升高校高等教育质量提供参考。
The construction of the quality control system of graduate students in Universities can provide a strong help to improve the quality of graduate education.Under the background of"double first-class"initiative and the purpose of higher education in China,scientific and reasonable quality control system can not only to guide and improve the quality of higher education,which can in line with international standards,can also be further purify of teachers′group,improve their ability of take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education,thus cultivating the people with art of morality,intelligence and physique of all-round development.Based on the investigation of facts,this paper,from the perspective of"San Quan"education system,puts forward the reasonable construction of the quality control system for graduate students in universities from the all-round perspective of the whole process,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the quality of higher education in universities.
