摘要
目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血清KLOTHO蛋白水平与腹主动脉钙化的相关性。方法:选择我院2018年6月至2019年6月维持性血液透析患者70例作为研究对象。同时,选择20名健康人作为对照组。对基本临床资料,血液生化指标,血清KLOTHO蛋白和血清FGF-23进行比较分析。结果:MHD患者的血红蛋白(Hb),血钙(Ca),肾小球滤过率(GFR)和KLOTHO蛋白水平低于对照组。血清肌酐(Cr),血清尿素(尿素)和血清FGF-23明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。腹主动脉钙化程度不同的患者之间的血清KLOTHO蛋白水平呈持续下降趋势,血清FGF-23水平呈持续上升趋势(P<0.05),主动脉钙化在不同程度的患者之间其它临床指标之间也存在显着差异。度(P<0.05)。通过Logistic回归分析,维持性血液透析患者腹主动脉钙化的危险因素是KLOTHO蛋白降低和血清FGF-23水平升高。结论:维持性血液透析患者的KLOTHO蛋白降低和血清FGF-23水平升高是腹主动脉钙化的高危因素,应引起临床关注。
Objective:To study the correlation between serum KLOTHO protein level and abdominal aortic calcification in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,70 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.At the same time,20 healthy people were selected as the control group.Basic clinical data,blood biochemical indicators,The serum KLOTHO protein and serum FGF-23 were compared and analyzed.Results:The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),blood calcium(Ca),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),and KLOTHO protein in MHD patients were lower than those in the control group.Serum creatinine(Cr),serum urea(Urea),and serum FGF-23 Significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Serum KLOTHO protein levels between patients with varying degrees of abdominal aortic calcification showed a continuous decrease trend,serum FGF-23 levels showed a continuous upward trend(P<0.05),and aortic calcification There were significant differences in other clinical indicators between patients with different degrees(P<0.05).By Logistic regression analysis,the risk factors of abdominal aortic calcification in patients with maintenance hemodialysis are a decrease in KLOTHO protein and an increase in serum FGF-23 levels.Conclusion:The decrease in KLOTHO protein and the increase in serum FGF-23 levels in patients with maintenance hemodialysis are The high-risk factors of abdominal aortic calcification should attract clinical attention.
