摘要
采用紫外分光光度法,以纯化水为溶剂,在检测波长为258 nm的条件下,得到标准曲线回归方程为A=0.05033*c+0.05057,R2=0.9998。按照《中国药典》2020版要求,建立磷酸伯氨喹硬胶囊的含量均匀度检查方法,测得磷酸伯氨喹的平均含量为14.25 mg/粒,含量均匀度符合药典标准。
Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry method,purified water as solvent,at 258 nm as detection wavelength,the standard curve regression equation was found as A=0.05033*c+0.05057,R2=0.9998.According to the requirement of 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the content uniformity of primary aminoquine phosphate capsules was established.The average content of primary aminoquine phosphate was 14.25 mg/capsule,and the content uniformity was in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standard.
