摘要
2019冠状病毒疫情突发公共卫生事件对我国医疗废弃物处置的终端防控手段提出了更高的要求。污染隔离防渗系统作为应急院区建设的最后一道防线,有效阻隔污染物尤其是传染性病源体与周边环境接触,确保再无二次污染。本文就武汉火神山医院和深圳第三人民医院应急院区污染隔离防渗系统建设为例,提出突发公共卫生事件中污染隔离防渗系统因时制宜应用及其重要性,为将来类似事件提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
Public health emergencies such as COVID-2019 have put forward higher requirements for the terminal prevention and control methods for medical waste disposal in China.As the last line of defense in the construction of emergency hospitals,the pollution isolation and anti-seepage system effectively prevents pollutions,especially infectious disease sources,from contacting the surrounding environment,and ensures no secondary pollution.The research takes the construction of pollution isolation and anti-seepage systems in Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital and Emergency District of the third people’s hospital of Shenzhen as examples,and proposes the application and importance of the pollution isolation and anti-seepage system in public health emergencies according the time conditions,and provides theoretical reference and practice for similar events in the future.
