摘要
【目的】对高扬程小流量压力输水系统进行停泵水锤分析与防护设计研究。【方法】采用华东院自主开发的输水工程水力过渡过程数值仿真计算软件Hysim Int进行建模及计算分析,通过软件特有的模型系统对压力输水系统进行停泵水锤工况的模型计算分析,基于计算分析结果,对输水系统进行水锤防护设计。【结果】通过在输水系统中设置空气罐、缓闭式止回阀与空气阀,同时对水泵转动惯量进行优选,有效地降低停泵水锤对输水系统造成的危害。【结论】本文的计算分析结果可用于类似工程的设计。
【Objective】The research is based on a water supply project located in southeast China,the pipeline length is 1.6 km,water supply scale is 1.2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,the design water-lift is 252 m.The project adopts pressure flow water supply mode.The terrain along the pipeline is undulating,the water head is high and the water hammer protection design is complex.Therefore,the water hammer analysis and protection design of high head and small flow pressure water delivery system were carried out.【Method】The hydraulic transient process numerical simulation software----Hysim Int developed by Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited was used for modeling and calculation analysis.The calculation and analysis of the pressure water supply system under the condition of water hammer caused by pump cut-off are carried out through the special model system of the software.Based on the calculation and analysis results,the water hammer protection design of the water supply system is carried out.【Result】By setting air tank,slow-closed check valve,air valve in water supply system and optimizing the rotary inertia of water pump,the water hammer problem caused by pump cut-off is effectively solved.【Conclusion】The paper provides reference for water hammer protection design of similar water supply project.
