摘要
近10年以来,中国热点外交在具体实践和理念建构方面都取得了新的发展。这既是受中国外交战略转型的推动,也是维护国家利益的需要以及回应国际社会的期待。中国积极开展热点外交不但有利于维护国家利益、提升国家软实力,也有利于促进全球安全治理转型,推进中国特色大国外交。中国应着力加强有中国特色的热点外交理论探索与建设,进一步完善热点外交机制,提升对国际热点问题的运筹能力,增强对国际舆论的引导,以更好地开展热点外交工作。
In recent ten years,China’s hot issue diplomacy has made new progress in both practice and theoretical development,which not only has been driven by the transformation of China’s diplomatic strategy,but also the need to both safeguard China’s national interests and respond to expectations of the international community.China’s active diplomacy on hot issues has been conducive to not only safeguarding the national interests and enhancing national soft power,but also promoting transformation of the global security governance as well as major power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.China should keep on focusing on strengthening the exploration and development of hot issue diplomacy theory with Chinese characteristics,improving such diplomatic mechanism,enhancing capability of confronting and dealing with international hot issues and strengthening the guidance of international public opinion,so as to better carry out hot issue diplomacy.
