摘要
白洋淀是清代京畿水利安全的关键所在和帝王国家巡游体系的重要组成部分,康雍乾时期是古代白洋淀开发建设的高潮,其治理工程对白洋淀目前的水利条件和聚落环境有着诸多深远的、直接的影响。文中分析了康乾时期白洋淀水利营建的历史经验,探讨了水利营建对人居环境体系的影响,以期为如今雄安新区建设和白洋淀治理提供借鉴和参考。
Baiyangdian lake was the key to the water conservancy safety for capital and around areas in the Qing Dynasty,and also an important part of the imperial state cruise system.The upsurge of the ancient Baiyangdian’s development and construction was during Kang-Yong-Qian period,and its regulation project has a lot of far-reaching and direct influence on the current water conservancy conditions and settlement environment of Baiyangdian.In this paper we analyzed the historical experiences of water conservancy management in Baiyangdian during Kang-Qian period,and discussed the influence of water conservancy construction on human settlement environment system,so as to provide reference for the construction of Xiong’an New District and the management of Baiyangdian.
