摘要
中国外交哲学及其价值观的研究和建设,是准确把握国际关系、占据国际道义制高点的重要基础,是不断谱写马克思主义中国化时代化新篇章的题中应有之义。中国外交哲学价值观始终坚持以中国化马克思主义理论为指导,并在日益变化的国内国际形势下不断发展。新时代中国外交哲学价值观是习近平外交思想的重要组成和突出亮点,其国际影响和世界意义日益突显,正成为人类社会在新的十字路口的实践启迪和理论创新。中国外交哲学价值观主要源自国内,但国际传播的重心则在国际共性,要通过身教重于言教的国际引领、化哲理为常理的大众传播、体系化和学理化的核心传播等主要路径,为推进中国特色大国外交和建构全球新价值观而作出贡献。
The study and construction of China’s diplomatic philosophy and its values stays an important foundation for accurately grasping international relations and occupying the commanding heights of international morality,and it acts also as a core subject in continuously writing a new chapter in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.The values of China’s diplomatic philosophy have always been guided by the theory of Marxism with Chinese characteristics,and have been constantly developing in the ever-changing domestic and international situations.The value of Chinese diplomatic philosophy in the new era makes up an important component and highlights of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,with its increasing international influence and world significance,it is becoming a practical inspiration and theoretical innovation of human society at a new crossroads.Mainly derived from domestic sources,but the focus of its international communication lies in international commonality.It is necessary to make contributions to the promotion of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and the construction of new global values through the international guidance of example teaching over words,the mass communication that turns philosophy into common sense,and the core communication of systematization and theorization.
