摘要
随着国际关系与国际法跨学科研究在西方的重新兴起,中国的学者也开始关注这个问题领域。在过去的二十几年中,一些学者克服了“跨学科研究的困难”“学科内的偏见”“不同学科之间的差距”,在该领域的重要问题方面进行了开拓性研究,具体包括:国际关系与国际法跨学科研究的必要性、跨学科研究的重点与具体路径、跨学科研究的“学科体系对接”与原理性问题、学科间研究方法的互借与交叉问题,等等。逐渐地,国际关系与国际法跨学科研究成了一种流行的方法和共识。迄今,中国的国际关系与国际法跨学科研究已经取得一定的成就,但为了能够可持续发展,实践中需要继续增进国际关系与国际法两个学科在教学上的互动、促进跨学科对话机制的构建,以及推动跨学科合作平台的建设。
With the revival of interdisciplinary research on international relations and international law in the West,scholars in China have begun to pay attention to this problem area.In the past two decades,some scholars have overcome the“difficulties of interdisciplinary research”,“prejudices inside subjects”and“gaps between different subjects”.Moreover,they conducted pioneering research in the field of the Necessity of Interdisciplinary Research on International Relations and International Law,the Focus and Pathways of Interdisciplinary Research on International Relations and International Law,“the Discipline System Connection”and Principle Problems of International Relations and International Law,Mutual Reference and Intersection of Interdisciplinary Research Methods,and so on.Gradually,the interdisciplinary research of international relations and international law has become a popular method and consensus.Nowadays,China's interdisciplinary research on international relations and international law has made some achievements.However,in order to achieve sustainable development,it is necessary to continue to promote the Teaching Interaction between International Relations and International Law,promote the Construction of Interdisciplinary Dialogue Mechanism,and promote the Construction of Interdisciplinary Cooperation Platform.
