摘要
教育与生产劳动相结合对培养自觉的社会主义劳动者具有重要意义,因此,以之为纲的生产教育思想急需在当代教育学术领域中进行理论创新,秉承马克思主义的科学性厘定其内涵,并与学校劳动教育进行辨析和区分。新时代要培养跨学科创新型人才与以能力为中心的应用型人才,生产教育的任务不仅是促进对先进生产技术和方式的认识,更是启发对社会重大问题和个人价值的再认识。围绕此,研究分析生产教育思想的新时代价值、实践路径和实现困境,并试图回答中国特色社会主义教育理论体系建设中"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"等重大问题。
The idea of production-based education(PBE)is one of the highly regarded educational theories in China at the beginning of the last century.This study argued that the promotion of PBE in schooling is important for the cultivation of self-motivated socialist learners,and that the educational idea is in urgent need of theoretical innovation in contemporary education,adhering to the scientific nature of Marxism for discriminating itself from the nature of school labor education.In the new era we need interdisciplinary and innovative talents and competence-centered applied talents.The task of PBE is not only to promote the understanding of advanced leading-edge manufacturing technologies and approaches,but also to inspire a fundamental awareness of important social issues and the value of a person.Based on this viewpoint,this study has analyzed the value of modern PBE theory,unpacked its implementation dynamics and revealed its dilemma of further realization.We hoped this study also shed lights on answering the critical questions of"what kind of person to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate"in the construction of socialist education theory system with Chinese characteristics.
