摘要
在国产莫纶996连续氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))纤维(Al_(2)O_(3f))上通过化学镀工艺制备铜涂层,研究了主盐浓度、络合剂浓度、还原剂浓度以及施镀温度对纤维镀层的影响,通过纤维增重率、电阻值、镀层成分及形貌,综合分析确定最佳镀液配方。实验结果显示:当CuSO_(4)浓度10 g/L、NaKC_(4)H_(4)O_(6)浓度40 g/L、CH_(2)O浓度15 mL/L、施镀温度60℃时为最佳工艺参数,此时可得到铜金属沉积于表面,且纤维增重率高达31%,电阻低至0.65Ω/cm,镀层光滑致密均匀,且具有红色金属光泽。
This article,which introduced the main factors about concentrations of the CuSO_(4),the complexing agent,reducing agent and the temperature,focused on the copper coating fabrication process of the domestic Morlion 996 continuous Al_(2)O_(3)fiber(Al_(2)O_(3f))by the means of electroless plating.Then,the optimum plating solution formulation was determined by comprehensive analysis of fibre weight gain rate,resistance value,coating composition and morphology.The results show that the optimum process parameters were obtained when CuSO_(4)concentration was 10 g/L,NaKC_(4)H_(4)O_(6)concentration was 40 g/L,CH_(2)O concentration was 15 mL/L and the application temperature was 60℃.At this time,copper metal was deposited on the surface and the Al_(2)O_(3f)weight gain was as high as 31%,the resistance was as low as 0.65Ω/cm and the layer was smooth,dense and uniform with a red metallic lustre.
