超高分子量聚乙烯多孔材料的成型与应用

摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)多孔材料凭借其优异的化学稳定性、较高的比表面积等特性,广泛应用在环境、能源、医疗领域。文章介绍了三种不同形态的UHMWPE多孔材料,同时介绍了多孔材料几个关键指标的表征手段。详细阐述了不同类型UHMWPE多孔材料的常用成型方法(拉伸法、热致相分离法、致孔剂成型法、粉末烧结法、发泡法)以及目前国内外的研究成果,在此基础上分析了各种成型方法的优势和不足,并提出了UHMWPE多孔材料未来的研究方向。 Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)porous materials are widely used in environmental,energy and medical fields due to their excellent chemical stability and high specific surface area.In this paper,three kinds of porous UHMWPE materials with different morphologies are introduced,and the characterization methods of several key indexes of porous materials are also introduced.The common forming methods of different types of UHMWPE porous materials(tensile method,thermal phase separation method,pore-forming agent method,powder sintering method,foaming method)and the current research results at home and abroad are described in detail.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of various forming methods are analyzed,and the future research direction of UHMWPE porous materials is put forward.
