摘要
为实现隧道花岗岩弃渣的资源化利用,解决花岗岩与沥青黏附性较差的问题,通过黏附性等级试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验等试验,得到了花岗岩碎石胶粉复合改性沥青混凝土配合比的最佳组成、优选出了最适宜的抗剥落剂种类和掺量。通过浸水马歇尔试验检验了残留稳定度、冻融劈裂试验强度比、动稳定度和低温弯曲性能等路用性能,并与玄武岩碎石胶粉复合改性沥青混凝土的路用性能进行了对比,进行了疲劳试验。结果表明:各项路用性能满足高速公路沥青混凝土表面层的技术要求;花岗岩碎石胶粉复合改性沥青混凝土的疲劳寿命略低于玄武岩胶粉复合改性沥青混凝土,但对应变水平的敏感程度较低。
The achieve the resource utilization of tunnel granite slag and solve the issue of poor adhesion between granite and asphalt,by adhesion grade test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test,the optimal mix proportion of granite gravel rubber powder composite modified asphalt concrete is obtained,and the most suitable type and dosage of anti-stripping agent are optimized.The residual stability,freeze-thaw splitting test strength ratio,dynamic stability and low-temperature bending performance are tested through the immersion Marshall test,and the result is compared with the road performance of basalt gravel rubber powder composite modified asphalt concrete.The fatigue test is conducted.The result shows that(1)all the road performance meets the technical requirements of expressway asphalt concrete surface layer;(2)the fatigue life of granite gravel rubber powder composite modified asphalt concrete is slightly lower than that of basalt rubber powder composite modified asphalt concrete,but its sensitivity to strain level is relatively low.
