摘要 视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders,NMOSD)是一种中枢神经系统自身免疫性疾病,血清水通道蛋白4抗体(AQP4-Ab)被认为是其特异性生物学标志物。AQP4-Ab产生的确切机制并不是很清楚,AQP4-Ab可能在其他自身免疫性疾病发展过程中产生,通过破坏血脑屏障进入中枢神经系统,造成中枢神经系统损害,认识NMOSD合并的自身免疫性疾病有助于进一步阐明NMOSD的病理机制,对治疗及预防NMOSD有重大意义,笔者就NMOSD合并其他自身免疫疾病的研究进展作一综述。 Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders(NMOSD)is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system,and serum aquaporin 4 antibody(AQP4-Ab)is considered to be its specific biological marker.The exact pathological mechanism of how AQP4-Ab is produced remains unclear,but AQP4-Ab may be produced during the development of other autoimmune disease,and then enters the central nervous system through the damaged blood-brain barrier,causing damage to the central nervous system.Understanding the autoimmune diseases associated with NMOSD is helpful to clarify the pathological mechanism of NMOSD,which is of great significance for the treatment and prevention of NMOSD.Theauthors review the research progress of NMOSD associated with other autoimmune diseases in this paper.
