闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨闭合复位联合经皮交叉克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的效果。方法:60例骨折患儿随机分成观察组31例与对照组29例,两组均采取复位及内固定治疗。对照组采用常规切开复位克氏针内固定方式,观察组采取闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定方式,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后3个月肘关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折可取得更好的疗效。 Objective:To investigate the effect of closed reduction combined with percutaneous cross Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods:60 cases of children with fracture were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(29 cases).The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with closed reduction and percutaneous cross Kirschner wire internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate of elbow joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction and percutaneous cross Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children can achieve better curative effect.
