摘要
目的分析依诺肝素钠导致全身皮疹的迟发型过敏反应,为合理用药提高借鉴,提高用药安全性。方法临床药师通过询问患者用药史、查阅相关文献,及时识别依诺肝素钠导致全身皮疹的迟发型过敏反应。结果与结论临床药师会诊发现皮疹与低分子肝素导致的迟发过敏反应有关,并提出停用依诺肝素,换用新型口服抗凝药利伐沙班后皮疹逐渐消退。
Objective the whole body rash caused by enoxaparin sodium,in order to improve the reference safety of medication.Methods Clinical pharmacists timely identified the delayed allergic reaction of systemic rash caused by enoxaparin sodium by asking patients about the history of medication and consulting related literature.Results and Conclusion Through consultation,the clinical pharmacist found that the rash was associated with hypersensitivity induced by low molecular weight heparin and suggested effective withdrawal and treatment recommendations.
