摘要
朱红俊教授深入探究中医经典,积累了丰富的临床经验,对于中医药治疗冠心病有独到见解。他认为冠心病病位在心,但癥积在脉,且离不开脾胃运化与三焦通利,病机为气血不足而致水饮之类阴邪运化失常,结聚成块,久病入络。在治疗方面,朱教授认为“水行”修明是治疗的关键,倡导疑难疾病“得病之情,杂合以治”,故在临证中善于从气、水、脉、谷(脾胃)、三焦5个方面调治,总结出“五道同调”治疗冠心病的诊治模式,自创经验方芪金丹,取得了显著疗效。为基于中医药理论诊治冠心病等疑难疾病提供了新视角、新思路,值得推广。
Professor Zhu Hongjun has delved into the classics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and accumulated abundant clinical experience,with unique insights into the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with TCM.He believes that the lesion site of CHD is in the heart,but the symptoms come from the meridians,and cannot be separated from the circulation of spleen and stomach and the patency of Sanjiao.The pathogenesis of the disease is that insufficient qi and blood can easily lead to abnormal circulation of yin and other factors such as excessive fluid,which clumps together and enters the meridians after prolonged illness,ultimately leading to blockage and pain of the meridians.In terms of treatment,Professor Zhu holds that keeping“liquid circulation”well-regulated is the key to the treatment of CHD,and advocates that difficult diseases should be treated with“mixed therapy”.Therefore,in clinical practice,he is good at regulating from the five aspects of qi,water,meridian,food(spleen and stomach),and Sanjiao.He summarized the diagnosis and treatment mode of“five channels co-therapy”in the treatment of CHD,and extracted the formula Qijin mini-pill from his experience,which has achieved significant therapeutic effects.This provides a new perspective and approach to the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases such as CHD based on the theory of TCM,which is worth promoting.
