摘要
形状记忆合金(shape memory alloys,SMA)电热致动器因其具有高柔性、高力重比等特点,既可以应用于航空航天机翼,又可以应用于微创手术中。为了更好地满足实际应用,需要解决大尺寸的SMA电热致动器冷却慢的问题。这里我们设计了一种鞘芯结构的SMA复合致动器,在SMA表面构造了微纳散热通道,将热量通过高导热的碳纳米管从SMA快速地径向传递给散热系数高的氮化硼纳米片(boron nitride nanosheets,BNNS)。利用商用SMA制备的尺寸可调复合致动器,冷却时间缩短了50%,工作频率提高了1个数量级,行程33%,输出力70 MPa,实现了快速循环,可用于多种应用。
Shape memory alloy(SMA)electrothermal actuators are useful in aerospace wings and minimal invasive surgeries because of their high flexibility and high force-to-weight ratio.We designed a sheath-core-structured SMA composite actuator with micro-nano heat dissipation channels constructed on the SMA surface to increase the cooling rate of large SMA electrothermal actuators.The function of the channels is to rapidly transfer heat radially from the SMA to boron nitride nanosheets(BNNS)with a high heat dissipation coefficient through high thermally conductive carbon nanotubes.The composite actuator fabricated herein using a commercial SMA exhibits an increase in operating frequency by one order of magnitude,50%reduction in cooling time required for reply,33%stroke,and output force of 70 MPa,realized fast-cycling and were prepared for use in several applications.
