摘要
铁路隧道作为重要的铁路基础设施,其状态直接影响到铁路行车安全及运输效能。高速铁路隧道限界及断面轮廓是重要基础标准之一,是影响高速铁路列车能否高速、安全运行的重要因素之一。在严寒地区,隧道一般要受到季节性冻融、冻胀作用影响,加上隧道的二衬结构的强度不足以采用无筋混凝土,易发生隧道变形和顶部衬砌脱落等问题,危及行车安全。针对上述问题,文章提出了一种集成多种传感器于一体的移动三维激光测量系统。该系统集成了高精度三维扫描仪及编码器等传感器,能实时高精度地获取隧道内轮廓断面尺寸,通过配套的软件处理,能高效地对隧道变形进行分析。
As an important railway infrastructure,railway tunnels have a direct impact on railway traffic safety and transportation efficiency.The boundary and section profile of high-speed railway tunnels is one of the important basic standards,and it is one of the important factors that affect high-speed and safe operation of the high-speed railway trains.In severe cold regions,tunnels are generally affected by seasonal freezing and thawing,frost heave,and the lack of strength of the secondary lining structure of the tunnel and the use of unreinforced concrete are prone to problems such as tunnel deformation and shedding of the top lining,which endangers traffic safety.To solve the above problem,a mobile three-dimensional laser measurement system integrating multiple sensors is proposed.The system integrates sensors such as high-precision three-dimensional scanners and encoders to obtain the profile section size inside tunnel in real time with high precision.Through software processing,it can effectively analyze the tunnel deformation.
