山区高速铁路无人值班变电所的智能运维技术 被引量:2

摘要 我国山区高速铁路沿线一般地广人稀、交通及生活条件落后,在山区高速铁路牵引及电力供电系统的设计中,积极推广变电所无人值班技术是必要且可行的。文章介绍了高压设备在线监测系统、变电所综合自动化系统、牵引及电力远动系统、综合监控系统和供电维修管理信息系统的基本概念、结构和功能,结合目前计算机网络、故障诊断、自动控制、数据通信和运营维护技术的发展状况,各类变电所均可实现无人值班方式。无人值班变电所简化了运行操作环节,可提高工作效率,降低操作事故率和运营管理费用,经济、社会效益良好。 It is necessary and feasible to popularize the unattended technology of substation in the design of high speed railway traction and power supply system.Basic concepts,structures,and functions of high voltage equipments on-line monitoring system,substation integrated automation system,traction and electric power telecontrol system,integrated monitoring&controlling system and power supply maintenance&management information system are introduced,combining with the present developing conditions of computer network,fault diagnosis,automatic control,data communication and operation&maintenance technologies,no man on duty can be realized for all kinds of substations.The unattended substation simplifies operation and operation,improves work efficiency and reduces operation accident rate and operation and management cost.
