摘要
文章分析了大数据背景下高职院校图书馆服务工作存在的问题,提出了从加强数字资源整合、读者行为数据挖掘、加强科研服务、构建大数据服务平台、提升馆员业务素质等方面来创新图书馆的服务方式,以不断提高图书馆的服务水平。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the service work of higher vocational college libraries under the background of big data,and proposes to innovate the service mode of the library from the aspects of strengthening the integration of digital resources,data mining of reader behavior,strengthening scientific research service,building the service platform of big data,and improving the professional quality of librarians,so as to continuously improve the service level of the library.
