摘要
In_(2)O_(3)是一种透明导电氧化物(TCO),因其宽禁带、电子亲和能低、自由载流子密度高等优良性质而备受关注[1]。采用高温热解法,合成了粒径均匀且呈立方晶相的In_(2)O_(3)纳米粒子,并将其作为SERS基底进行探究。通过紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis-DRS)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)等表征手段可以得知,In_(2)O_(3)基底与探针分子之间存在着电荷转移作用,使SERS信号得到增强。
In_(2)O_(3)is a transparent conductive oxide(TCO),which has attracted much attention due to its wide band gap,low electron affinity,and high free carrier density.Therefore,In_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles(NPs)are synthesized by high-temperature pyrolysis with uniform particle size and cubic crystal phase,and used as SERS substrates for exploration.Through ultravioletvisible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis-DRS),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and other characterization methods,it can be known that there is a charge transfer effect between the In_(2)O_(3)substrates and the probe molecules,which enhances the SERS signal.
