摘要
在司法鉴定领域对两位当事人身上织物(YB1,YB2)与现场发现纤维(JC)进行纺织纤维一致性比对,采用电子显微镜(SEM)观察了YB1,YB2和JC的形貌特征,通过傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱法(FTIR-ATR)检测和分析了三种样品的分子结构,发现YB1与JC的特征峰位基本一致,YB2与JC有明显差异。为了更准确地确定纤维的类型,采用激光共聚焦显微拉曼(Micro-Raman)光谱技术,观察和聚焦到纤维细节进行精准检测,判别出YB2是包含纤维素纤维和涤纶PET的混合纺织纤维,凸显Micro-Raman光谱技术在复合纤维司法鉴定中实现无损、精准检测的重要作用。
In order to identify the difference between textile fibers recovered from the crime scene named JC and from clothes of parties who were suspected of being related with the crime scene named YB1and YB2respectively,the electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the morphology characteristics,attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)was applied to analysis the groups of materials which implied different chemical structures.It was founded that YB1was almost consistent with JC while YB2had obvious difference with JC at the peak positions.To further study,laser confocal micro-Raman spectroscopic technique was introduced to realize a more complete approximation focus on details.It was verified that YB2was consisted of cellulose fiber and polyester PET textile fiber,which highlighted the important role of Micro-Raman spectroscopy at forensic examination of composite fibers and textile with characteristics of nondestructive and accurate detection.
