摘要
乙酰胆碱(ACh)是一种神经递质,其浓度与阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、重症肌无力和精神分裂症等疾病密切相关,因此,实现乙酰胆碱的灵敏检测具有重要意义。本研究制备了一种基于金纳米颗粒修饰的共价有机框架复合材料(COF@AuNPs),其具有类似于硝基还原酶的强催化性能以及大量拉曼“热点”的优势,能高效催化对硝基苯酚(4-NPH)还原,ACh作为电子受体能够抑制4-NPH的还原过程。以4-NPH作为SERS标记物,结合SERS光谱,可以对ACh进行高灵敏度检测。本方法对ACh的最低检测浓度为1 pmol·L^(-1)。
Acetylcholine(ACh)is a neurotransmitter,which is closely related to diseases such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,myasthenia gravis,and schizophrenia.Therefore,achieving sensitive detection of ACh is of great significance.This study prepared a covalent organic framework composite material modified with gold nanoparticles(COF@AuNPs).It has the advantages of strong catalytic performance similar to Nitroreductase and a large number of Raman hotspot.It can efficiently catalyze the reduction of p-nitrophenol(4-NPH).As an electron acceptor,ACh can inhibit the reduction process of 4-NPH.By using 4-NPH as a SERS marker and combining with SERS spectroscopy,ACh can be detected with high sensitivity.The minimum detection concentration for ACh in this method is 1pmol·L^(-1).
