基于物料系统的AHP算法研究

摘要 物料管理系统是传统工业企业信息化建设中不能被忽视的重要之环,如何使工厂物料系统有序高效的运作是企业当今应解决的首要问题。针对传统物料系统存在的物料供需不及时,物料供给出现冗余,无法及时做出最优物料分配补给决策等一系列问题,使用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)对物料系统进行分层,并将物流系统中的各种受到影响的因素从一个定性变换成一个定量,并通过与熵权法所得的权重进行对比,做出科学的决策,借此来提高工厂运作的效率和效益。 Material management system is an important link that cannot be ignored of traditional industrial enterprise information construction,how to make the factory material system orderly and efficient operation is the primary problem that enterprises should solve today The Analytic Hierarchy(Analytic Hierarchy)is used to solve a series of problems existing in the traditional material system,such as the material supply and demand is not timely,the material supply is redundant,and the optimal material allocation and supply decision cannot be made in time Process(abbreviated as AHP)is used to stratify the material system,transform the various influencing factors in the logistics system from qualitative to quantitative,and the weight is compared with entropy weight method so make scientific decisions,so as to improve the efficiency and benefits of the factory operation.
