摘要
侵袭性曲霉病(invasive aspergillosis,IA)为免疫缺陷患者主要的致死性并发症之一,对其准确快速的早期诊断有助于实时开展针对性的抗真菌治疗,从而控制病情,改善预后。为了改变IA早期诊断尚未解决的现状,研究人员在寻找新的特异性检测靶标,优化传统免疫学与分子生物学检测手段的同时,结合影像学检测与化学分析等领域的新技术,不断建立新的检测方法,如曲霉横向流动分析(Aspergillus GM lateral flow assay,LFA),呼出气挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)测定等。本文就IA早期诊断进展进行全面综述,以期为同行提供参考。
Invasive aspergillosis(IA)is one of the major fatal complications in immunodeficient patients.Accurate and rapid early diagnosis of IA is very important for timely targeted antifungal treatment,which can significantly control the development of the disease and improve the prognosis.In order to change the unsolved status of IA early diagnosis,researchers are committed to optimizing the traditional immunological and molecular biological diagnosis methods,through finding the new specific targets.At the same time,being combined with new technologies in imaging detection and chemical analysis,some new diagnosis methods has been developed,such as Aspergillus GM lateral flow assay(LFA)and exhaled volatile organic compounds(VOCs),etc.In this article,we tried to review the progresses on early diagnosis methods of IA comprehensively,which will provide the valuable reference for peers.
