摘要
目的探讨个性化护理服务在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月在我院行手术治疗的82例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。分别对其实施常规护理和个性化护理,记录2组手术情况,统计2组并发症,评价2组护理质量。结果观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为7.31%,低于对照组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行择期手术治疗的患者实施个性化护理服务,能够有效促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症,提升护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing service in operating room patients.Methods The included cases were selected from 82 patients who underwent elective surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.The patients were randomly numbered,1~82 cases,of which the odd number was the control group,41 cases were treated with routine nursing,and the even number was the observation group,41 cases were treated with personalized nursing service on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the clinical application value of personalized nursing service was defined.Results Compared with the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were 73.1%and 21.95%respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Individualized nursing service is effective for patients undergoing elective surgery,which can restore the gastrointestinal function of patients as soon as possible and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
