摘要
目的观察肿瘤护理计划用于癌症患者靶向治疗中的实践价值。方法我院2021年3月—2022年3月收治的66例接受靶向治疗癌症患者按照随机原则均分为两组,对照组(33例)行常规护理,实验组(33例)行肿瘤护理计划,比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果实验组患者护理干预后免疫功能优于对照组,此外,实验组毒副反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论癌症靶向治疗患者肿瘤护理计划干预效果好。
Objective To observe the practical value of tumor nursing plan in targeted treatment of cancer patients.Methods Sixty-six cancer patients who received targeted therapy in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(33 cases)received routine nursing and the experimental group(33 cases)received tumor nursing plan.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the immune function of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.In addition,the incidence of toxic and side effects in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of cancer care plan for cancer targeted therapy patients is good.
