摘要
根据低空预警装备制造企业的产品特点和生产要求,阐述了工艺管理的重要性。为提高企业工艺管理水平,对低空预警装备制造企业工艺管理存在的主要问题进行了深入分析,并从完善工艺管理制度、夯实工艺设计基础和加强工艺纪律管理三方面提出了具体改进措施。
According to the product characteristics and production requirements of low altitude early-warning equipment manufacturing enterprises,This paper introduces the importance of process management.In order to improve the process management level of enterprises,the main problems existing in the process management of enterprises are analyzed in depth,and the improvement measures are put forward from three aspects:improving process management system,punning process design basis and strengthening process discipline.
