摘要
在航空发动机的地面维修中,需要高精度高转速齿轮箱设备。然而这类设备在长时间的使用中,易造成其输轴的花键部位磨损,从而失效。目前主要通过更换传动轴的方式解决。但由于购置新轴周期较长且价格昂贵。为此,本文将采用激光熔覆技术对传动轴的花键磨损部位进行修复,并评价其维修可行性。结果显示,维修轴的时间成本为新轴的21%左右,价格成本约40%,而使用性能却显著提高。这是由于熔覆层的硬度较新轴的更高,其耐磨性更好。因此激光熔覆技术维修高转速齿轮花键轴具有很大的可行性。
In the ground maintenance of aero engines,high-precision high-speed gearbox equipment is required.However,this type of equipment is prone to wear and tear on the splined parts of the shaft during long-term use.At present,it is mainly solved by replacing the transmission shaft.However,it is expensive and expensive due to the long period of purchasing new shafts.To this end,this article will use laser cladding technology to repair the spline wear parts of the drive shaft and evaluate its maintenance feasibility.The results show that the time cost of repairing the shaft is about 21%of the new shaft and the price cost is about 40%,but the performance is significantly improved.This is because the hardness of the cladding layer is higher than that of the new shaft,and its wear resistance is better.Therefore,laser cladding technology has great feasibility to repair high speed gear spline shaft.
