摘要
面对建筑工程设计日益复杂、设计周期短和工期紧的局面,传统的计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术遇到了多重困难和瓶颈。文章对CAD技术和建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在建筑领域的应用进行比较,研究分析传统施工存在的问题,总结BIM技术在传统施工中的优势。结果表明,使用BIM技术后可以大幅度节约经济成本,缩短施工工期。
In the face of the increasingly complex architectural design,short design cycle and tight construction period,the traditional computer aided design(CAD)technology has encountered multiple difficulties and bottlenecks.This paper compares the application of CAD technology and building information model(BIM)technology in the construction field,studies and analyzes the problems existing in the traditional construction,summarizes the advantages of BIM technology in the traditional construction.The results shows that the use of BIM technology can greatly save costs and shorten the construction period.
