车框钣金密封胶烘烤特性及漆面附着性的研究

摘要 研究了聚氨酯(PU)、硅烷改性聚氨酯(SPU)和硅烷改性聚醚(MS)密封胶的烘烤特性及漆面附着性。研究结果表明:PU钣金密封胶在140℃时,出现明显分解特征,但SPU和MS胶在160℃时,出现明显分解特征。PU钣金密封胶烘烤出现粉化,导致与丙烯酸漆面粘接不牢;MS钣金密封胶与丙烯酸漆面附着性相对较差,烘烤后放置30 d的附着性仍为2级;SPU钣金密封胶烘烤后放置30 d的附着性达到0级,原因是与丙烯酸烤漆易于形成氢键。SPU密封胶烘烤后力学性能衰减少,与丙烯酸漆面附着性好,更适用于三轮车车框钣金密封。 The baking characteristics and paint surface adhesion of polyurethane(PU),silicone modified polyurethane(SPU)and silicone modified polyether(MS)sealants were studied. The research results showed that sheet metal PU sealant had obvious decomposition characteristics at 140 ℃,but SPU and MS sealant had obvious decomposition characteristics at 160 ℃. Sheet metal PU sealant was powdered during baking,resulting in poor adhesion with acrylic paint surface. The adhesion between sheet metal MS sealant and acrylic paint surface was relatively poor,and the adhesion was still Grade 2 placed for 30 d after baking. The adhesion of sheet metal SPU sealant reached Grade 0 placed for 30 d after baking,because it was easy to form hydrogen bond with acrylic paint.SPU sealant had less attenuation of mechanical properties after baking and had good adhesion with acrylic paint surface,which was more suitable for the sheet metal sealing of tricycle frame.
