摘要
综述了国内外关于温敏性聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)交联水凝胶化学改性的研究现状。重点总结了无规共聚、接枝改性、嵌段改性等化学改性方法对PNIPAM交联水凝胶的结构、溶胀性能、温度响应性的影响,并对化学改性的方法和PNIPAM交联水凝胶的应用提出了展望。
Researche status of chemical modification of temperature sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)crosslinked hydrogels at home and abroad was reviewed. The influence of chemical modificationmethods such as random copolymerization,grafted modification and block modification on the structure,swellingproperties and temperature-responsiveness of PNIPAM crosslinked hydrogels was emphatically summerized. Thechemical modification methods and application of PNIPAM crosslinked hydrogels were also prospected.
