摘要
后金融危机时代下,金融业的发展以创新为导向,形成混业经营的发展局面。不仅如此,随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展,互联网金融成为经济发展的热点。多元化的金融工具和复杂的产品结构导致监管的难度大大增加。穿透式监管的理念被提出,用于解决混业经营导致的监管难题。经济危机后,各国寻求金融监管改革,以美国、英国等发达国家为主导的监管模式值得借鉴。我国应建立健全穿透式的监管方式,贯彻"实质重于形式"这一核心,从金融活动各个环节进行监管,营造良好的金融发展空间。
In the post-financial crisis era,the development of financial industry takes innovation as the direction,and forms the development situation of mixed operation.Moreover,with the vigorous development of Internet technology,Internet finance has become a hot spot in economic development.Diversified financial instruments and complex product structures make regulation much more difficult.The concept of penetrating regulation has been proposed to solve the regulatory problems caused by mixed operation.After the economic crisis,countries seek financial regulatory reform,the United States,Britain and other developed countries as the leading regulatory model is worthy of reference.Our country should establish and improve the Look-through supervision mode,carry out the core of"essence is more important than form",supervise from every link of financial activities,and create a good financial development space.
