架空光缆架设方案设计与工程造价分析 被引量:2

Erection Scheme Design and Project Cost Analysis for Aerial Optical Cables

摘要 运营商目前采用的架空光缆主要有非自承式和自承式两大类。以非自承式架空光缆GYTS、自承式架空光缆F8和ADSS为研究对象,进行架设方案设计,并对不同方案下的工程造价进行优化比选。研究发现:1)GYTS光缆和F8光缆档距通常仅能达到100 m左右,而采用预绞式金具的ADSS光缆档距可高达500 m;2)当档距为200 m时,ADSS光缆综合成本相比GYTS光缆可节约50%以上,能够保障施工效率,产品寿命长达25年。运营商应该大力推广使用200 m档距的ADSS光缆,以提高施工效率,降低运维成本。 There are mainly two types of aerial optical cables used by operators:non-self-supporting and self-supporting.Taking non-self-supporting aerial optical cable GYTS,self-supporting aerial optical cable F8 and ADSS as the research objects,the erection scheme is designed,and the project cost under different schemes is optimized and compared.The results show that:1)the span of GYTS and F8 optical cable is usually only about 100 m,while the span of ADSS optical cable with helical fittings can be as high as 500 m;2)when the span is 200 m,the comprehensive cost of ADSS optical cable can be saved by more than 50%compared with GYTS optical cable,which can ensure the construction efficiency and the product life is up to 25 years.Operators should vigorously promote the use of 200 m span ADSS cable to improve construction efficiency and reduce operation&maintenance costs.
