摘要
为了保证应用于地下水位较高或常年多雨地区的中压电缆的长期稳定可靠运行,研制开发了一种高填充系数的阻水型中压电缆。对该中压电力电缆的阻水结构设计、选材和关键工艺技术及性能检测进行了介绍。该中压电缆具有较高的填充系数、更小的外径、优异的综合(径、纵向)阻水效果等特点,可在降低生产成本的同时提高电缆使用安全性。
In order to ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of medium-voltage power cable applied in areas with high groundwater level or rainy years,a water resistant medium-voltage cable with high filling coefficient conductor is developed.The water resistant structure design,material selection,key technology and performance testing of the medium-voltage cable are introduced.The medium-voltage cable has the characteristics of high filling coefficient,smaller outer diameter,excellent comprehensive(radial and longitudinal)water-resistant effect and so on.It can improve the safety of the cable while reducing the production cost.
